Students pay lakhs of rupees for degrees and suffer through years of extreme mental pressure. But at the end, they are forced to roam from company to company, resume in hand, only to find every door closed. We are manufacturing graduates but destroying their dignity and dreams.
Where are the production hubs? Where are the data centres? Where are the world-class medical hospitals that should be employing our talented youth? The system has failed to build the foundations of a modern economy, leaving us with no work-life balance, no new jobs, and absolutely no job security.
While foreign nations are pioneering advanced technology and AI in every single field, our country is being left in the dark. We have the brains and the talent, but the system doesn't provide the platform or vision to build anything revolutionary at home. We are stuck in the past while the world moves to the future.
Those in power, mandated to create employment, have crores in their pockets. They don't feel the need for job creation because their own families are set for life. They enjoy their luxury houses and cars while the youth remains stuck in a cycle of despair and ignored complaints.
Because there are no real opportunities in the private market, every single youth is forced into a desperate, crowded race for government jobs just to find a shred of stability. The system has killed entrepreneurship, leaving the common man with no choice but to beg for a post.
