The master pays the salary; the servant performs the task. Every government employee from the IAS to the Ministers and Police will have set weekly targets. These must be reported upward and publicly every week. Failure to meet these targets results in immediate suspension. In my system, incompetence is a crime against the people.
Every road, every bridge, and every scheme will have its exact budget and actual spending published publicly. We will display the photo and name of the contractor responsible for the work. If the infrastructure fails, the people will not look for an office; they will contact the man who failed them directly. Transparency is non-negotiable.
Education is not a gamble. Every exam must have a fixed timetable released at least 3 months in advance. Admit cards and centers must be confirmed 2 weeks before the date. Free transport for every student on exam day. Every decision made in the corridors of power will favor the student’s dreams. Your preparation is our priority.
Power hiding in silence is poison. Every week, the President, PM, and CM must conduct live meetings with the public, accounting for what they did that week and their plans for the next. Any assembly that chooses a political circus over our survival is an Assembly of Shame. You will be seen, or you will be removed. If they fail, they must leave the chair in respect.
If I were in power, I would visit the roads, stop the VIP culture, and protect every Indian mentally, physically, and financially. Your job, your education, and your dignity are my mandate. The government must do these things, or they must step down.
